Mapping enum Ignorecase

I'm searching for a way to Map enum with Ignorecase.
Here my case:

 public class QueueSchedule  
    {
        public virtual QueueEnum QueueName { get; set; }   
    }

 public enum QueueEnum
    {
        Test
    }

Map(x => x.QueueName).Column("QUEUE_NAME").Not.Nullable();

In my db the value is "test" so LowerCase, but my Enum is CamelCase "Test".
I get this error:

NHibernate.HibernateException : Can't Parse test as QueueEnum

Use a custom type:

[Serializable]
    public class CaseInsensitiveEnumStringType<T> : EnumStringType<T>
    {
        public override object GetInstance(object value)
        {
            if (value == null)
            {
                throw new ArgumentNullException("value");
            }
            return (T)Enum.Parse(typeof(T), (string)value, true);
        }
    }
