Add redis layer before accessing the S3 files to improve preformance

Feature Overview

• The Nginx-s3-gateway accesses object storage to return files.
• Object storage has some limitations (number of connections, relatively long latency in comparison to redis-benchmark).

• I request to add support for "redis" deployment
