Generate ghpages for each branch

This will enable visitors to easily overview each option live.

• Enable builds for subdirectories like /Angular1-scaffold/master /Angular1-scaffold/material etc...
• Create index.html file which redirect to master subdirectory
• Edit ghpages update script to move dist to branch named subdirectory
• Create branch-switcher component which will fetch all existing branches from https://api.github.com/repos/ngParty/Angular1-scaffold/branches exclude ghpages and generate select with url redirect to respective subfolder
