When launching in Seqera Platform it is unclear if the illumuination step will run or not.. the user has to click through the dropdown to select the only avaliable algorithm, basicpy.
Unless new options are likelt to be added then converting to a boolean parameter as for backsub might be appropriate and clearer for users.
