Using ESC to close Profession window opens Game Menu

I normally use the ESC key to close open windows, this works as expected except when using it on the Profession Window (Default K key)

When you using ESC on the profession window, it will close the window and then immediately open the Game Menu. It does not do this with any other window, I believe this may be a bug?
