Mail frame closes when trying to move

interact with mailbox
attempt to move mail frame
mail frame is closed
interact with mailbox again
mail frame does not open up

need to reload to see the mail frame open again, but the cycle repeats

Fixed by turning off ElvUI skin for mailbox in ElvUI. ElvUI --> Skins --> Mail Frame = Unchecked Reload UI
