Hi everyone — we’d like to address two of the issues most frequently reported after yesterday’s update:
If your bot returns the message API rate limit reached, it means your account has reached the free usage quota currently available.
In the nexu client’s model settings, you can choose one of the following options:
Use your own API key (BYOK)Connect your own model provider and use your own API key without being affected by the free quota limit.
Switch to other available modelsWe currently offer multiple high-quality models that remain available at any time.
Wait for the quota to reset automaticallyFree usage quota will recover automatically the next day.
Due to adjustments from the upstream service provider, Claude models are temporarily unavailable.
We are actively working on restoring access. In the meantime, several models of a similar level remain available, including GPT-4o, Gemini, and others.
If you prefer, you can also connect your own Anthropic API key to continue using Claude directly without being affected.
