Hello everyone, this is the Nexu official team.
Thank you for your recent support and feedback. Below are our unified responses to the most frequently asked questions from yesterday.

Q1. When will Windows and Mac Intel be supported?
Status: In Progress
It’s under development. Progress is tracked here:

Q2. The supported channels feel limited. Can you add Telegram?
Status: Planned
Great suggestion—thank you. We will gradually support more channels over time.

Q3. Is Opus free to use?
Status: Not Available
Opus is not provided for now.

Q4. Can I use Nexu if my computer doesn’t have “Lobster” installed?
Status: Supported
Yes. Nexu includes built-in Lobster capability—no prior installation is required.

Q5. Is the data stored locally or on cloud services?
Status: Local First
Your data is stored 100% locally on your own device.
To lower the entry barrier, Nexu also provides free top-tier model usage.

Q6. Can I bind two WeChat accounts to one Nexu Lobster (same instance)?
Status: Not Supported Yet
No. At this stage, one Nexu instance can only bind to one WeChat account.

暂不提供 Opus 模型。

问题 4：电脑没有提前安装“龙虾”，也可以用吗？
状态：支持
可以。Nexu 内置龙虾能力，无需提前安装。

问题 5：数据部署在本地还是云端？
状态：本地优先
用户数据 100% 存储在本地设备。
同时为降低体验门槛，Nexu 提供免费的顶级模型使用能力。

问题 6：可以绑定两个微信号到同一只 Nexu 龙虾吗？
状态：暂不支持
不行。目前一个 Nexu 实例只能绑定 一个 微信号。

Thanks for the update. I’m curious about the Windows/Mac Intel support - any estimate for a first preview? Also, for Telegram, would it be via the same Lobster integration or a separate plugin? Lastly, regarding Opus, is there a roadmap for when it might become available?
