[Bug]: Missing original filename in Preview's `Content-Disposition` header

Bug description

Missing original filename in Preview's Content-Disposition header

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any Nextcloud page with an image preview (Viewer, Talk attachments)
2. Using the Web-Browser context menu download the image
3. Downloaded file is something like 683-1024.jpeg

Expected behavior

Content-Disposition header should include the original filename (possible with the size).

It's because of this:

server/core/Controller/PreviewController.php

Lines 167 to 169 in cde3780

	$response = new FileDisplayResponse($f, Http::STATUS_OK, [
	'Content-Type' => $f->getMimeType(),
	]);

The generated preview lacks the original filename.

Something like the following should fix this (after #59152 is wrapped up and merged):

$response = new FileDisplayResponse($f, Http::STATUS_OK, [
    'Content-Type' => $f->getMimeType(),
]);
$response->addHeader('Content-Disposition', ContentDisposition::make('inline', $node->getName()));
