Shared document needs very long to display the text and moved or copied docoments doens't show the images

I shared a collectives as only read to a guest (who has not access to my nextcloud).
But the text takes very long (about 1min) after it will be displayed. If i share a moved document (moved inside the collectives app to sort new the hierarchy) the images are not available in the shared modes.
Inside the nextcloud all is working fine.

I was searching a way to create manuals and share it sometimes to guest. How can i do it?

Thanks for your report @stefan-franz. Which Nextcloud server and Collectives app version do you use? Do you still encounter the described problem? So far you're the only one reporting this problem. Could you provide an example share link that takes that long to load?
