cancel share link created by others

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a user create a share link on a file, other users can see it and if needed cancel it.
When a user create a share link on a collective, other users can't see it and can't obviously cancel it.

Same situation for collective as for files.

We can't add a date to a share ink neither.

Just noticed this as well. For me it is not only about cancelling the shares other created, like the current issue title states.
But more importantly:

• Seeing shares created by other users (like on files, like mentioned in the description)
• Being able to edit them (permissions, expiration, password, etc.)
