Failed to load Attachment with "German" Umlauts #2327

Describe the bug
Uploading files containing German umlauts (ä,ö,ü,ÄÖÜ) results in a 'Failed to load attachment' message.
The file is correctly uploaded to Nextcloud and can be downloaded by accessing the file URL in a browser.
This bug may not affect pictures.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a page in a collective and upload or attach a file containing a German umlaut.
Expected behavior
The attachment should be displayed as a regular attachment.
