No way of setting expiration date for public link

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you create a public link to a collective, and the administrator has set a standard expiration time for public links, the link to the collective expires after the respective time. There is no way of controlling the expiration date when creating the link from within the collectives app, nor can it be changed later.
So you‘re stuck with whatever the admin has set as default. Even worse, you don‘t even know your link will expire, as the collective app does not show the expiration date to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like
Just like other apps (e.g. files), the collectives app should show the default expiration date for newly created public links and allow setting or disabling it. The date should be changeable in the link properties dialog.

Thanks @ruedigerkupper, this indeed is a shortcoming. It's already tracked in #1566 though. A fix is in progress in #2126.
