Support config files

Lots of workspaces contain config.yaml files.

Is there a way to support those too, in a way that doesn't loosen our validation, such that they don't get covered in red squiggles?

I checked the maestro docs. Apart from the above, i am not sure what other properties the config.yaml could contain. Perhaps you could help with that or provide some insight @Fishbowler

Just went through it.

We could have a separate schema that only applies itself to config.yaml inside the workspace folder.

I will take a look at it sometime this week.
