Add entity relationship support for AWS_REDSHIFT_CLUSTER

Describe the story, please be clear on scope of the story.

Add new attribute for to enable relationship between APM and Infra for AWS Redshift.

E2E testing not ready currently (12/6/2024).

• Name: server.address
• Target: Spans
• Add the attribute logic to the DatastoreSegmentData class with a new attribute.
• Includes units tests and integration tests.

Integrations tests: Integration tests would use Npgsql to connect to the Redshift cluster using Localstack or real cluster.

Acceptance Criteria

• When using Npgsql client to interact with Redshift, the server.address is add to the datastore span.
• Only added for Redshift
• Not required to test ODBC connect at this time.
