Binary selection (Config.BinaryPath + PATH auto-detect for bitcoind-inquisition), Variant() detection, deployment registry with typed BIPID constants, and the BIP119 worked example. Once this lands, a developer can point go-regtest at a Bitcoin Inquisition build and run a CTV/APO/CAT activation test with skip-when-missing fallback on Core.
