Missing repository reference on netlify-redirector #413

Hi folks, we audit our dependencies regularly to mitigate the risk of supply-chain attacks. One package that we couldn't find the source code for was netlify-redirector.

From what I can tell, it's basically just this redirects.wasm file, but of course we can't tell what's in that. There is the source for @netlify/redirects but I think that's just types / a shallow wrapper around netlify-redirector.

We also found https://github.com/netlify/netlify-redirector-gem, which mentions:

This project is now merged into github.com/netlify/libredirect. See the ruby directory there.

However that repository is not public.

Could you please clarify for us if the intention is for this package to be closed source, or if not, where we can find the source? Thanks!
