Warning when 2D boundary conditions overlap with grid refinement

It is ok if the 2D boundary condition is completely within a grid refinement area, or if it is completely disjoint from all grid refinement areas, but it cannot overlap, i.e. be partly inside and partly outside of a grid refinement area polygon

WARNING level message: "2D boundary condition overlaps with grid refinement area. Make sure it is either completely contained by (within) or disjoint from the grid refinement polygon."

@leendertvanwolfswinkel could you provide a link to a sample spatialite database containing boundary conditions and grid refinement areas? I'm unable to find any databases with either.
