Following discussion in #57

If the difference of the pipe invert levels is larger than the pipe diameter, we need extra nodes.

This check will involve:

  • dist_calc_points
  • invert level difference
  • cross section height

WARNING level

Only give warning if there is no storage on the start and end connection node of the pipe/culverts/etc. with closed cross-sections.
