Display average collateral redemption rate on mint tab

basically showing average amount of IL/Slippage to the user as they decide to mint
along with some copy about how staking NDOL combats IL overtime as part of the protocol design

I think this is a good idea. Perhaps a warning that pops up also if the avg. collateral redemption rate is at or below 90%? (or whatever arbitrary number is agreed upon)

yah agreed, sort of popup or extra warning when redemption rate < certain amount makes sense
