How to set custom hostnames for those containers?

They seems to be hardcoded!

The same for the postgres password.

It seems that is referenced here https://github.com/nebulabroadcast/nebula-worker/blob/develop/README.md

But it is not clear if also nebula-server needs this environment variables.

Also it is not clear how worker and main server talk to eachother if they dont know their hostnames
