The task is to benchmark how much storage and cpu is taken for the OTLP to function.
Consider telemetry with sampling and without.

This task might need to introduce some load testing tooling like https://www.artillery.io/

Do not focus on writing reusable infra for load testing, unless there's some reason for this.
