Add the Architectural Decision Records

The task is to add the ADRs (can be any template from https://github.com/joelparkerhenderson/architecture-decision-record).
What we need to capture is to understand what were the limits of each service/tool/sdk at the time of creating this blueprint and what drove us to this solution.

Is there still a willingness to complete this information or at least drop notes here about the services/tools/sdk's so we can convert them to ADR's? This would have been a great exercise by the original team but it seems most have moved on to other projects and this information may have been lost. @zimny

We will utilize this ticket to create tickets for all of the different services/tools/sdk's and create the proper ADR's for each
