Update Search and Index System

Improvements to the search and index system need to be made to ensure content is searchable under all circumstances.

Tasks

• Create abnormal queries and test for no results. (Ex: Search: Mathematics 2/II)
• Check for non-indexed content.
• Check for other issues with the search and index system.
