Execution Logistics

The Execution module turns a decision into action within real limits.

A decision is only useful if it can be carried out. This module helps users translate implementation steps into scoped tasks while protecting finite resources like time, energy, attention, money, access, and support.

Core Mechanics

1. Sprint Container

A defined work window with a maximum capacity.

2. Task Allocation

Each implementation step becomes a task.

3. Bandwidth Cost

Each task receives a cost based on the resources required to complete it.

4. Capacity Boundary

If the total task load exceeds available capacity, the plan must be reduced, extended, delayed, or renegotiated.

Purpose

This module prevents overcommitment. It forces execution plans to respect the real conditions under which action happens.
