GCC SCSO Introduction to Python Processing of Single Cell Data

Repository for introduction to RNA seq analysis in python. Workshop hosted by the GCC and led by Reem Elgaish and Ryan Mulqueen, and TA'd by Cristal Villalba Silva.

Is processing your data in R too slow? Is your Seurat object too large? Try some python!

This GCC Sponsored workshop will introduce participants to processing and QC of single-cell RNA data using python toolkit scanpy. We aim to help you get started on understanding python data structures, get more comfortable with the syntax, and ultimately incorporate the scanpy toolkit into your big data set workflow.

This workshop is for trainees already experienced with initial single-cell processing in Seurat, and familiarity with python.
