Research Parent/Child model relationships

It seems like we could adapt this more into a parent/child setup due to prefixes should be present in both systems and then IP addresses set within that.

I'm sure there is more than one way, but we should definitely perform some testing on the best relationships for this plugin.

I think what makes the most sense for this is to have VLAN View as parent of VLAN and of course, you could have Network parent of IP Address. Aggregate could potentially be parent of Network but we are only tracking RFC1918 aggregates right now so we'd be missing some.
