Import mode doesn't work with connect_cable extension

Environment

• Python version: 3.11
• Nautobot version: 1.6.26
• nautobot-design-builder version: 1.4.0

Expected Behavior

When using import mode with the connect_cable extension, the cable is imported.

Observed Behavior

The cable is not imported.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a cable
2. Create a design in deployment mode that uses connect_cable to connect this specific cable
3. Run the design in import mode
4. Observe as the cable is not added to the change set
