Python version:
cookiecutter-nautobot-app template version:

Observed Behavior

Beat doesn't start because it's trying to connect to a postgres db that doesn't exist

Expected Behavior

Nautobot, worker and beat all start

Steps to Reproduce

copy invoke.mysql.yml to invoke.yml
try to start nautobot
