Should Agreement NFTs be transferable?

I especially love the idea of granting an Agreement NFT as a "receipt" of your commitment to the agreement. What would happen if you transfer this NFT? Would the involvement in the agreement be transferred as well, along with your locked NATION? I guess it would have to? Just trying to think through the second order effects of that.

I think the transferability of the agreement NFT and whether or not we issue veTokens as seperate from the NFT (vs using the NFT as the receipt with which you reclaim locked NATION) are tightly coupled decisions in terms of how they affect use cases.

If we have a transferable agreement NFT that also acts as the veToken, you could do things like "sell" agreements. I could enter a contract with you to build a site, then sell that job to another dev at a premium for my service of sourcing the job.

If we have a transferable agreement NFT and a seperate veToken, I could do things like finance others' agreements. For example someone wants to enter an agreement but doesn't have the funds up front that have to be locked up. I could lock the funds for them, then sell them the agreement NFT at a small price for my service of essentially loaning them the money, so they get proof of being in the agreement while I am doing all the locking / holding the veTokens.

For v1, we shouldn't issue NFTs for agreements, since it adds added complexity for the implementation. But maybe for v2!
