On Jurors accountability

All Jurors votings must be publicly accesible.
Jurors must not participate on the settlement of a dispute over an agreement in which they are involved as one of the parties.
Jurors must not vote or enact settlements in which this requirement is breached by other jurors.
If jurors doesn't comply on this they must be punished.

To facilitate the accountability of the jurors on this matter the Court system should have a public UI to easily display agreements on dispute, parties involved and jurors' resolutions.
