Acceptance Criteria

Generate a primary page for displaying charts. Refer to the mock-up for design requirements.

(I do not have a mock-up available right now, but I assume the page will contain the following elements)
The chart should be a separate component that can be swapped in and out on this page. The chart's data source should be a property we can pass into the chart component. Dropdowns on the side of the chart should allow users to choose chart type, data source, and color theme.
