Installation of CLI on Windows not straightforward

Actual behavior

When I follow the installation steps from the wiki, I get this:

Expected behavior

I was expecting the Naftiko CLI to be installed and ready to run. I tried from the VS Code Powershell terminal, and outside of VS Code as well
