同时应用nacos config和discover的sdk 配置不生效 #342

nacos:
discovery:
server-addr: .mse.aliyuncs.com

同时应用nacos config和discover的sdk ，默认读取的是nacos.config的配置，如果nacos.config没有配置则server-addr 为127.0.0.1。并不会读取discovery配置的 nacos.discovery.server-addr 这块是什么原因？
