Title says it all.

We poor macOS and Linux users can't use your tool. We need cross-platform support.

Partial support with wine on linux.

sudo apt install winetricks
winetricks vcrun2015
winetricks dotnet45

Some stuff works, but not everything. A list of broken stuff:

flif
heif
dds crunch
dithering (floyd, Riemersma)
gaussian blur
