I know ive seen this somewhere elsewhere but It would be great to have the ability to notify users of node maintenanance, or a method so that the same sessions auto attempt reconnections after a node drops for a set period before failing / switching nodes.

I run the Windows node launcher and would love to have a terminal feature to access my windows node's cli / api.

Addition to the traffic settings such as max sessions allowed to go with the bandwidth slider, (to hopefully mitigate congestion from too many clients connecting at once where the bandwidth slider hasnt come into affect at that point)
