NodeUI - test if we can remove "please wait" screen when registering

User story

As a node runner I would like to avoid waiting for my identity to be registered so that I could start using NodeUI instantly after on-boarding wizard.

Identity states

• Unknown
• Unregistered
• InProgress
• Registered
• RegistrationError

To Do

• Test if node can work while identity status is InProgress
• Think of what to do if identity transitions to RegistrationError

If all of the above are complete then waiting for registration screen can be dropped. This should improve UX significantly.

UAC

• Start onboarding
• After final step (entering wallet) NodeUI and Node should be instantly usable (no wait screens)
