Enable pause when ServiceApp is enabled

In standard OpenPLi 6.2 it is possible to pause the service 4097 and when in pause it is now possible to skip forward and backward with the numerical buttons.
When ServiceApp is enabled it is no longer possible to pause the video playback.
Would be nice to enable the pause feature when ServiceApp is active and then also the skip features.
