Add ability to switch back and forth between spectra

Currently, the spectral inspector can only move forward through an iterator of spectra in a predefined order. This prohibits users from (easily) pulling up a single spectrum and discussing it. 

A useful feature would be to add forward and back buttons in addition to a `go to target` option where users can specify an object ID.
