Both the RSA and the ED25519 server key pairs are created unconditionally.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The key files should only be generated if they do not exist yet or
  • key regeneration was enforced.
  • If possible, the fingerprints of the newly generated keys should be shown in the output

Strangely enough, the keys should only be generated if they do not exist. This needs further investigation.
