Link to gofmt issues?

Would it make sense to link to a gofmt issue for every item in https://github.com/mvdan/gofumpt#added-rules so that one can read the reasons why these rules never were added to gofmt? Would also make sure that these proposals always are proposed to the parent project.

This is a good idea, thanks! Some of the ideas are new, so they might not all have issues already.

Also worth pointing out that the reason many weren't added to gofmt is simply a "not yet" :) gofmt's primary maintainer is Robert, and he's been very busy with generics for over two years now.
