Understanding how to send WSDL Types to a SOAP API

Hello everyone! I can update the Title if needed because I'm not sure it's the right terminology.

I am trying to create a Service Request in Ivanti using their SOAP API, but when I attempt to pass parameters, I get the following error:

However, I'm not sure how to get the data types or create objects for these.
