Last song(s) keep repeating even though queue is finished

The problem

The last song is repeated mutiple times, or the last few (2 or 3) songs are repeated together

How to reproduce

Clean install
Setup Tidal as music provider
Enable UPnP/DLNA player provider
Queue an album through MA or the HACS integration, it happens in both cases.

What I noticed is that the last song of the album keeps playing past the duration, i.e. in MA it shows '04:23 / 04:10' (current / total duration), then at some point it just restart --> the above example becomes '0:13 / 04:10'. Just tested this again when playing an album directly from MA (normally through HA), and the track immediately looped when it reached the end.

Alternatively (less frequently though) it keeps looping the last 2 or three songs, this is what I see in my scrobbled tracks on last.fm:

In this example the last song is 'Friends I Know', full track list is here.

In both cases: the queue is correctly listed (no unnecessary tracks), but at the last song MA does not finish/stop the queue. Looping is obviously off
