Add alternate recipes for using Trees++ planks

Some recipes require you to use vanilla wood planks. Trees++ adds its own alternate recipes for vanilla items, but mods are stuck with requiring vanilla planks, and won't work with Trees++'s new planks (not all of its logs craft to new planks, but many do).

Especially noticeable with IC2. Charging Bench, etc

Should add recipes so all the planks are usable.

Preferably add on client-side as well, in a simple client mod, so the new recipes appear in NEI.

And isn't Forge's ore dictionary supposed to take care of problems like this? If only it was used for wood..

Floated the idea of a "wood plank" item in the ore dictionary in Trees++ thread: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1028159-125trees-v1346-forgesmpbukkit36-trees7-biomes10-flowers/page__st__1100#entry17351106 - I think this is the "right way" to do it. But may have to workaround it in the meantime.
