Add support for reading syslog files

There used to be support for it in the original Node.js runner but I didn't port it when I moved the runner to Go.

It would be nice to get an update regarding running SQL on the syslogs.

Hey @jubinmytheen this issue was created yesterday. If someone decides to implement it it will exist! Or I'll get to it sometime when I have time.
