Cannot select models from dropdown

Environment, CPU architecture, OS, and Version:
running in vm

Describe the bug
selecting any model from the list (on tts page, etc) causes the page to refresh. Firefox and chrome think that box is a password fireld for some reason.

To Reproduce
run the docker command to get started, click tts (anything but chat) and try to switch model

this may be caused my cookies? I see a lot of cookie issues in console as I am running this on my local network at machinename:8080
