I'm thrilled with Local AI!
The documentation was incredibly helpful for tweaking config files and model discovery. I struggled a bit with jq for searching and while curl is simple, I always forget a flag or something. So to simplify, I crafted a CLI tool facilitating model management on a local ai server—making the process much more user-friendly.
This tool taps into the Local AI REST API and harmonizes with your .env file settings. It boasts functionality for tabulated result viewing, toggling rows on or off, and exporting data in JSON, YAML, or CSV formats. It has some advanced searching and filtering capabilities as well, using
lunr
as a search index, but also works with grep as well.As a newcomer here, my apologies if this isn't the place to share projects!! . With permission, I'd be honored to share it with you all.
