RD list UI improvements

• clicking does nothing for now
• add a clear button on the search

Removed the hard-coded

element sizing, so at least all the names "fit" in the bootstrap well.

I added a branch called searchAvatar, It is a redesign of the search area. The branch is not finished, just an idea for a direction we could go. Let me know your thoughts.
