TEMPO2 plugins issue #2

Really nice to see that you've done this(I wanted to do it so).
In the tempo2, there is a plugin issue.
I figured out the solution.
In line 300 of Makefile which reads as TEMPO2_PLUG_INSTALL=<path>, there shouldn't be an extra / at the end.
Remove that and it should work fine.
