Unable to scroll on the website #40

This issue has been driving me crazy but there is something on the website that disables scrolling either with trackpad or pageup/pagedown.

Once the site loads, wait for some time and try to scroll anywhere. For some reason it doesn't work.

I have to reload the page dozen times to finish reading an article on that 5 second window.

I have checked with other sites, issue is not from my laptop.

I took a screenshot of the console error just incase it helps:

Yes, I also get this problem.
This problem occurs if you click ALT on Window
